Obituary

Edwin Yale Margolis, beloved husband for 47 years of the late Shirley, nee Cloch. Loving father of Suzy Margolis- Hart and Barb (Tim) Nagy. Cherished grandfather of Courtney and Spencer. Fond cousin, uncle and friend to many. Ed was very active in Skokie and was on many commissions including the Blood Program. He was a proud Marine who served his country in Korea. Chapel service Thursday 12:15 PM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Rd., Arlington Heights. Interment Shalom Memorial Park. Will always remember playing Monopoly at his apartment on Kedzie avenue and
we had to pick up the board every time the streetcar came by or the vibration would
knock all the pieces off the board! I can happily say that after Ed returned from the Marines,
I had the honor of introducing him to you Shirley. Over the years we drifted away and saw each other very seldom yet always remained friends. He was a a Great Guy!!!
